Recent projects have included:

Academy of St. Martins in the Fields.
Education & Outreach Manager / Creative Producer for this world-renowned orchestra. In this role Kim has led an improvisation project as part of BeethovenFest in Bonn, Germany, and managed involving the orchestra's musicians working with composer Alec Roth, Southbank Sinfonia, and young musicians from around the world.

Goldsmiths College
Tutor for the 'Singing for Beginners' course, helping adults explore and develop their voices through a range of songs. Artistic Director for the 'Connected' Showcase, an event that presented music workshops by the students of the Certificate in Workshop Skills (Music) course. 
 
  Lambeth Music Service
Music teacher and workshop leader for various initiatives including: 'Share a Song' (a project that advances singing and musical skills in 0-3 year olds and their carers), In Harmony (England's El Sistema-inspired community development programme providing musicianship workshops for children aged 0-7 years), MX Sing (Kodaly-based musicianship training for 4-7 year olds), MX Strings (whole-class strings tuition for children aged 8-9 years), leading children choirs for singers aged 4-11 years, and providing piano lessons for 5-14 year olds.

Dorking Loud & Proud
Leader of the community choir, Kim helps the ensemble to arrange and perform a variety of repertoire including world, jazz,  
musical theatre, pop and songs written by the group. 

  London Philharmonic Orchestra
Workshop leader working with teenagers and musicians from 'The Band' project, in developing new songs and pieces with the   vocal section and small instrumental groups.

Kingston Adult Education Centre.
Piano tutor teaching 50 adults keyboard and ensemble skills.
  
  Elliott School, Putney
  Songwriting project inspired by social media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter) with pupils 14-16 year olds.

National Maritime Museum
Workshop leader for 'Discovery Sundays', using music to explore the museum's collections with family groups.

Royal Academy of Music
Workshop leader and project manager for 'Discoverig the Orchestra', a project that introduced the concept of the orchestra and conducting to children aged 4-7 years at schools in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
